Visual Checks
Check inside the property including garage and lanai.
Verify all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.
Visual check for insects and rodents.
Check for water leaks, any damage, and signs of mold or mildew
Ensure A/C units are cooling, and visually check the thermostat and/or humidistat for proper settings.
Turn water on and run faucets, showers/tub, and flush toilets.
Check electrical panel for tripped breakers and a thermal check for potential issues you can’t see.
Ensure electric water heater breaker is turned off.
Make sure main water valve is turned off.
Digital report of checklist with findings sent to the client after each visit.
If any concerns are found, there will be an immediate call to the client with immediate action taken.
